Supporting Family Members & Serving with Compassion

At Fort Armstrong Assistive Living in Rock Island, it is our goal to provide Senior Wellness Programs that support you as family members as we gently encourage our residents to continue their independence but accept our guidance with their medical needs. By doing so, we hope to eliminate the burden of the families or spouse to point out the limitations your loved one may be facing.

Our Program Consists of:

  • Oversight by a Registered Nurse
  • One-site Licensed Nurses available a minimum of 12-hours per day
  • 24-hour skilled nursing on-call program for oversight and interventions when needed
  • 24-hour assistance available by Certified Nursing Assistants
  • 24-hour emergency call system with staff monitoring
  • Nurse coordination of laboratory needs, therapy orders, and doctor appointments
  • Nursing coordination with hospice services to promote our ‘Aging in Place’ philosophy when possible
  • Individualized levels of personal care based on our resident’s needs including but not limited to the following: assistance with bathing, dressing, continence management, medication reminders, orientation to our senior living community while promoting security and reassurance through their aging journey.

Our ALL INCLUSIVE rate means there is not extra charges for level of care throughout the aging journey!
